4. Pricing & Payments

Membership fees are one-time payments as displayed at the time of purchase. Igura reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, impersonate others, post false listings, or use the platform for any illegal purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Igura facilitates connections between property owners and seekers. We are not a party to rental or sale agreements and are not liable for disputes between users.

7. Changes to Terms

Igura reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
